Shipping

We pack and dispatch orders on business days. Dispatch timing depends on stock and carrier pickups, and we email you as soon as your parcel is on its way.

As soon as your parcel leaves the warehouse you receive an email with a tracking number, so you can follow it all the way to your door.

United States: 3–6 business days after dispatch. Canada: 5–9 business days. International: 7–14 business days, depending on the destination and customs.

Estimates are based on the carrier's average for your region. During peak sale periods, add one to two days.

Free standard shipping on every order over $75. Below that, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address before you pay.

Duties and taxes for international orders are shown at checkout where they can be calculated, or collected by the carrier on delivery.

If tracking shows no movement for more than five business days, email support@onevoltex.com with your order number. We'll open a trace with the carrier and, where needed, ship a replacement.
