When you order, Wix collects your name, email, delivery address and payment details to process the purchase. We receive the order details we need to pack and support that order — never your full card number.

If you join our newsletter or message support, we store your email and what you told us so we can reply.

Your details are used to fulfil orders, answer questions, handle returns, and — only if you opted in — send occasional product emails. Every marketing email has a one-click unsubscribe.

Payments, checkout and order management run on Wix, which is PCI-DSS compliant. Carriers receive your delivery address to complete the delivery. We do not sell or rent personal data to anyone.

You can ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email support@onevoltex.com and we'll action the request within 30 days.

The store uses the minimum cookies required to keep your bag and session working, plus analytics to see which pages help people decide. You can clear or block cookies in your browser at any time.
